  1. Step 1

    Check the FAQ first

Most questions about failed parses, available qualities and quotas are already answered in the homepage FAQ and on each platform's download page.

  2. Step 2

    Pick the right address

Send usage questions and copyright complaints to support, and privacy or personal-data requests to privacy.

  3. Step 3

    Include the details

Adding the link, a screenshot and the exact wording of any error message helps us find the problem faster.

A few tips

  • Never send source-site passwords, verification codes or other secrets by email — we will never ask you for them.
  • Tell us which browser and device you used, and roughly when it happened, so we can check it against our logs.
  • Temporary files are cleaned up automatically (30 minutes when signed out, 24 hours when signed in). Once they expire you have to parse the link again.
  • We don't store video files, so we can't help recover a download that has already expired.
