Terms of Service

The site parses video links for download and offers small online utilities such as the audio and video merger. Most of it is free and needs no account; signing in extends how long your parse records are kept.

We do not own, host or keep a long-term copy of video content held on third-party platforms. Parsing and downloading rely on the media addresses each platform exposes, so we cannot guarantee that every link will parse successfully.

Only download content you own, are authorised to use, or are permitted by law to download. Copyright in a downloaded file stays with the original creator or rights holder.

• You can register with an email address or sign in with Google; the first Google sign-in creates an account automatically.
• Keep your credentials safe. Anything done under an account is the account holder's responsibility.
• Do not lend, transfer or share your account — that pushes usage well beyond personal fair use.
• You can sign out from the account menu at any time, or email us to close the account.

• Download only content you have rights to, are authorised to use, or that the law of your jurisdiction permits you to download.
• Respect the terms of service of the source platform and applicable copyright law, and use downloaded content only for personal fair use.
• Do not use downloaded content for commercial distribution or redistribution, and do not claim copyright in it.
• Do not remove or alter copyright notices, watermarks or creator credits.

• Downloading, storing or distributing infringing, pornographic, violent, terrorist or otherwise unlawful content.
• Circumventing a source platform's paywall, membership, regional or permission controls to obtain content (unless you already hold the relevant entitlement).
• Using crawlers, scripts or automation tools to make bulk requests, or bypassing the daily download quota by technical means.
• Attacking, disrupting or scanning the service, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to data or APIs.
• Reverse engineering, copying or reselling the service, or using its APIs inside another product.
• Impersonating someone else, supplying false information, or otherwise harming the legitimate interests of others or of the site.

Where this happens we may limit your download count, suspend the account or ban it permanently, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

• Signed out: 5 downloads per day.
• Signed in: 20 downloads per day.
• The quota resets every day. How many downloads you have left and when they reset is shown below the input box; once you run out, wait for the reset.

The site's interface design, source code, name and logos belong to us. Copyright in the video, audio and subtitle files you download through it belongs to the original creator or rights holder — providing a parsing tool gives us no rights in that content whatsoever.

The service is provided "as is", with no warranty of availability, continuity or fitness for a particular purpose. Parsing can fail, downloads can break off, a quality can differ from what the source platform lists, and a temporary file can expire before the end of its retention window. We work to improve all of this, but we are not liable for the direct or indirect losses it causes.

You are responsible for making sure your downloading and use is lawful. The consequences of breaching these terms or applicable law are yours to bear.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site is not liable for indirect losses, loss of data or loss of expected profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Where liability does attach, the total amount is capped at what you actually paid us for the service in the preceding 12 months (zero, if you only used the free features).

If you are a rights holder and believe the service is being used to infringe your rights, email support@dletc.com and include:

• The specific link you believe infringes, together with the corresponding parse record on this site (a task link or a screenshot).
• Evidence of your rights — for example a work registration, the original publication URL, or a licence.
• Your name, contact details and a statement of who you are, plus a declaration that the use of the content is unauthorised.

We will act as soon as we have verified the complaint, which includes removing the record and blocking the link. We do not store the video files themselves, so no separate takedown step is needed.

We may adjust, suspend or discontinue parts of the service at any time, and will update these terms and the date on this page. If you do not agree with a change, please stop using the service.

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Both sides should first try to settle such a dispute through friendly negotiation.
